What ages do you serve?

Our programs serve children beginning in infancy and continuing through the teen years. Program age ranges vary, so use the program descriptions above or contact the location nearest you for help choosing the best fit.

Does my child need previous gymnastics or dance experience?

No. Many children begin with no previous experience. Our programs include introductory options as well as opportunities for students who are ready to continue developing their skills.

How do I know which program is right for my child?

Start with your child’s age, interests, and previous experience. Younger children may begin with Born to Move or Preschool Gymnastics, while older children may be a fit for gymnastics, dance, Ninja Flipping Force, tumbling, aerial acrobatics, or another specialized program. If you are unsure, contact your nearest location before registering.

What should my child wear?

Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows them to move freely. Specific clothing or uniform requirements may vary by program, age, and location, so please confirm the current guidelines with your gym before your first visit.

Do you offer makeup classes?

Makeup availability and policies vary by program. Current members can use the Makeup Request page or contact their location for the applicable requirements.

Do you offer camps and special events?

Yes. We offer seasonal camps and special events such as Summer Camp, Parent’s Night Out, Kid’s Day Off, open gym opportunities, and birthday parties. Availability, dates, pricing, and age requirements vary by event.
